Combining water and abrasive together forms a slurry which is propelled at the part surface using compressed air. Abrasive selection is made based on desired surface roughness or aesthetical finish.
An air compressor which produces between 15CFM – 20 CFM is ideal for most vapor blasting tasks.
We recommend crush glass or aluminum oxide for removing coatings and tough contaminated surfaces
Eliminates the need to use nasty chemicals which are found in rebuild shops around the world. These chemicals come with costly disposal fees and hazardous work environments.
water cushions the abrasive media being used this greatly extends abrasive life normally around 8-10 times longer than a dry blasting process.
Once the parts have arrived at our location they will not be here no longer then a week .. turn around time including shipping is usual around two weeks, just depending on the customers location.
